So I was thinking...
Ditch Dandy
Summon Quickdraw
Synchro Drill
Ditch Sky Scourge to remove
Normal Summon Phantom of Chaos
Copy Sky Scourge
Nuke field and both players hands
The two in mine are Vayu and Sirrocco
Or a monarch, to be recycled by Drill Loop
Or something else nice.
Five card hand destruction on the opponent (optimistically)
And major pluses.

Possible with only four cards.
Or, just dump Vayu's and Sirroccos.
Nuke the field with Phantom Scourge and then Grave Synchro.
